A romantic italian summer wedding

As featured in Hello May

COUPLE: CHELSEA AND GABRIEL

CEREMONY: Xavier college chapel

RECEPTION: RIPPONLEA ESTATE

Chelsea and Gabriel's wedding was a dream to shoot! They were married in Melbourne, VIC this February at Xavier College Chapel followed by a reception at Ripponlea Estate. The inspiration behind their wedding was late summer Italian wedding. Romantic, dreamy - pastel florals and summer fruits with a hint of British colonial charm. It was perfection!

Check out Chelsea’s top tips on planning your special day below.

WHEN AND WHERE DID YOU GET ENGAGED?

Gabriel surprised me with a trip to a log cabin in Healesville for our 10-year anniversary. We were to be in Italy, however, it was 2020, so not a possibility at that time. We arrived at a verandah full of native florals he had organised (I still had no idea what was happening) and then proposed! I was in major shock
