When and where did you get engaged?

Gabriel surprised me with a trip to a log cabin in Healesville for our 10-year anniversary. We were to be in Italy, however, it was 2020, so not a possibility at that time. We arrived at a verandah full of native florals he had organised (I still had no idea what was happening) and then proposed! I was in major shock

What's the inspiration behind the style of your wedding?

Late summer Italian wedding. Romantic, dreamy - pastel florals and summer fruits with a hint of British colonial charm

Describe your gown

I had my gown made by Cappelazzo Couture, she has a dramatic yet romantic aesthetic.

Advice for other couples

Have a big picture dream and try not to deviate too far from this.

Choose vendors you love and trust. If a vendor isn’t perfect - don’t settle and keep looking, there will be another!
If DIY'ing anything, give yourself plenty of time
Planning may be stressful, but try to enjoy the journey
